【摘要】：正可以說(shuō),占里是我見(jiàn)識(shí)到的發(fā)展最遲緩的中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)村落之一;但也可以說(shuō),占里又是我見(jiàn)識(shí)到的發(fā)展最快的中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)村落之一。1貴州的占里侗寨實(shí)在是太有名了,讓人不得不一說(shuō)再說(shuō)。而占里的聞名又得益于它古老的計(jì)劃生育習(xí)俗——它在700年前就開(kāi)始有計(jì)劃地控制人口,而且700年來(lái)也的確實(shí)現(xiàn)了人口的零增長(zhǎng)。這不能不說(shuō)是人類(lèi)文化歷史上的一個(gè)巨大的奇跡。但當(dāng)代社會(huì)和媒體發(fā)現(xiàn)占里,卻只是在上個(gè)世紀(jì)80年代末期的事情。最早是由《黔東南日?qǐng)?bào)》的記者1987年底率先報(bào)道的,隨后有中央電視臺(tái)的跟進(jìn),接下來(lái)才有90年
