【摘要】：清水江下游地區(qū),苗、侗族民眾世代在此繁衍生活。明清時(shí)代由于"木材之流動(dòng)",清水江下游成為全國貿(mào)易體系中的重要一環(huán),由此而引起的社會(huì)變遷中,苗、侗婦女們積極參與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng),并且逐漸進(jìn)入到契約的程式中來。通過梳理契約文書等民間歷史文獻(xiàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),苗、侗族婦女的權(quán)利地位的表現(xiàn)形式多樣,主要體現(xiàn)在財(cái)產(chǎn)的繼承以及對(duì)財(cái)產(chǎn)不同程度的自主處理上。當(dāng)然,她們也不乏參與社會(huì)公益事業(yè),以此來實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值的提高。
[Abstract]:In the lower reaches of the Qingshuijiang River, the Miao and Dong people lived here for generations. In the Ming and Qing dynasties, due to the "flow of wood", the lower reaches of the Qingshuijiang River became an important link in the national trade system. As a result, in the social changes caused by this, Miao, The Dong women took an active part in social and economic activities, and gradually entered the procedure of the contract. Through combing the contract documents and other folk historical documents, it was found that the rights and status of Miao and Dong women were manifested in various forms. It is mainly reflected in the inheritance of property and the independent disposal of property to different degrees. Of course, they also participate in social public welfare undertakings to achieve the improvement of self-worth.
