【摘要】：中國民族政策受"蘇聯(lián)模式"影響甚大。當年列寧創(chuàng)建蘇聯(lián)之初,提出"聯(lián)邦制"理論及民族自治理論是那個時代的需要。中華人民共和國建立時的民族區(qū)域自治政策采用"蘇聯(lián)模式",有其現(xiàn)實政治和理論原因,但無視中國實際而套用"蘇聯(lián)模式",使得中國民族區(qū)域自治理論存在弊端,這些弊端在理論研究及社會實踐中引發(fā)的矛盾越來越多,需要予以重視并解決。
[Abstract]:China's national policy was greatly influenced by the "Soviet model." when Lenin founded the Soviet Union, Putting forward the theory of "federalism" and the theory of national autonomy is the need of that era. The policy of regional national autonomy of the people's Republic of China adopted the "Soviet model" when the people's Republic of China was established, which has its realistic political and theoretical reasons. However, ignoring the reality of China and applying the "Soviet model", the theory of regional national autonomy in China has some drawbacks, which are more and more contradictions in theoretical research and social practice, which need to be paid attention to and solved.
