【摘要】：云南德宏曾是歷史上制作和使用陶器的重要地區(qū),但今天仍在制陶的村寨僅遺芒巷村。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),芒巷村制陶者用一整塊陶泥捏塑陶坯,然后拍打修整成型,不像云南大多數(shù)地區(qū)的傣族那樣使用泥條盤(pán)筑技術(shù)。以往學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)陶器的成型技術(shù)的描述常為過(guò)于簡(jiǎn)單的:"這個(gè)陶器用拍砧成型法制成"。但是國(guó)外學(xué)者根據(jù)東南亞的調(diào)查研究指出,一個(gè)陶器拍砧成型之前的過(guò)程是多樣的,僅靠"拍砧成型法"這樣的簡(jiǎn)單分類(lèi)不可能全面了解制陶者如何制陶,也不可能正確看待以不同方式使用拍砧成型技術(shù)的制陶者,因而拍砧成型前的過(guò)程在生產(chǎn)中至關(guān)重要。關(guān)于歷史上的德宏傣族制陶術(shù)未見(jiàn)詳細(xì)文獻(xiàn)記載,芒巷村的傳統(tǒng)制陶術(shù)不僅是德宏傣族制陶技藝的難得遺存,也為制陶技術(shù)的多樣性提供了一個(gè)不可多得的例證。
