【摘要】：我國少數(shù)民族的國家認同危機,其民族文化因素方面的原因,主要是由于少數(shù)民族公民身份與公民文化的缺位、政治權(quán)利訴求文化的缺失、少數(shù)民族文化的弱勢性、少數(shù)民族文化差異引發(fā)的文化沖突增加、少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)文化的轉(zhuǎn)型滯后于社會的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展所導致。增進少數(shù)民族的國家認同、強化民族文化治理,需要加強中華文化的發(fā)展和社會主義文化的主導地位,加快民族地區(qū)現(xiàn)代化大生產(chǎn)發(fā)展,促進民族信仰文化與社會主義價值理念相適應,強化國家教育在國家認同中的基礎(chǔ)作用、推進教育均等化和少數(shù)民族人民教育平等權(quán)的實現(xiàn),堅持科學保護、發(fā)展少數(shù)民族語言文字與全面推廣通用語言文字相結(jié)合,堅持弘揚民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日文化精神與加強共同節(jié)日文化要求相結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:The national identity crisis of ethnic minorities in China is mainly due to the absence of citizenship and civic culture of ethnic minorities and the lack of political rights appeal culture. The weakness of minority culture, the increase of cultural conflicts caused by the cultural differences of minority nationalities, the transformation of traditional culture of ethnic minorities lagged behind the modernization of society, and the promotion of national identity of ethnic minorities. To strengthen the governance of national culture, it is necessary to strengthen the development of Chinese culture and the leading position of socialist culture, accelerate the development of modernization and production in ethnic areas, and promote the adaptation of national belief culture to socialist value concept. We should strengthen the basic role of state education in national identity, promote the realization of educational equalization and the equal right of ethnic minority people to education, and adhere to scientific protection. The development of minority languages and characters and the comprehensive promotion of the common language and characters, adhere to carry forward the spirit of traditional national festival culture and strengthen the common festival culture requirements.
