【摘要】：隆林各族自治縣位于廣西西北部，處在云南、貴州和廣西三省交界地帶，克長(zhǎng)鄉(xiāng)位于縣城東南部，有苗族、彝族、壯族、漢族、仡佬族等民族，民族關(guān)系是否和諧，關(guān)系著局部地區(qū)的穩(wěn)定與各民族的發(fā)展。在馬克思主義民族理論與政策專業(yè)基本理論的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用民族學(xué)的田野調(diào)查和社會(huì)學(xué)的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查方法，歷史與現(xiàn)實(shí)結(jié)合，宏觀與微觀結(jié)合，概述克長(zhǎng)鄉(xiāng)五族在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化三個(gè)方面的關(guān)系；通過(guò)居住格局、語(yǔ)言使用、族際通婚、學(xué)校教育、民族意識(shí)五個(gè)社會(huì)變量分析克長(zhǎng)鄉(xiāng)的民族關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀；認(rèn)為克長(zhǎng)鄉(xiāng)的民族關(guān)系發(fā)展良好，表現(xiàn)為政治民主，經(jīng)濟(jì)交融與互助，多元文化共存，共同性因素不斷增多，一個(gè)民族掌握多種民族語(yǔ)言、族際之間的通婚現(xiàn)象普遍，各民族平等享有發(fā)展民族經(jīng)濟(jì)、民族政治與文化的權(quán)利，團(tuán)結(jié)互助，共同進(jìn)步；發(fā)現(xiàn)克長(zhǎng)鄉(xiāng)的民族交往心理特點(diǎn)表現(xiàn)為各族除了喜歡與本民族的群眾交往外，壯族傾向于與漢族交往，苗族傾向于與仡佬族交往，，彝族愿意與其他四個(gè)民族交往，少數(shù)壯族、漢族對(duì)苗族有心理距離，當(dāng)?shù)卮嬖谝欢ǔ潭鹊拿褡迤?jiàn)意識(shí)；總結(jié)分析了影響當(dāng)?shù)孛褡尻P(guān)系發(fā)展的七個(gè)消極因素，它們是自然環(huán)境、歷史遷徙、政府制度、民族干部發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、教育發(fā)展和風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣因素；針對(duì)這些消極因素，試圖從克長(zhǎng)鄉(xiāng)人民政府的角度，提出了對(duì)民族關(guān)系進(jìn)行調(diào)控的六個(gè)具體措施，以期為民族關(guān)系工作提供參考。
[Abstract]:Longlin Autonomous County is located in the northwest of Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi provinces border zone, Kechang Township is located in the southeast of the county seat, there are Miao, Yi, Zhuang, Han, Lao Gelao and other ethnic groups. Whether the ethnic relationship is harmonious or not is related to the stability of local areas and the development of all ethnic groups, on the basis of Marxist national theory and the basic theory of policy specialty. With the methods of ethnology field investigation and sociological questionnaire survey, the combination of history and reality, the combination of macro and micro, the relationship among the five ethnic groups in Kechang Township is summarized in three aspects: politics, economy and culture. Through the living pattern, language use, inter-ethnic marriage, school education, national awareness of the five social variables to analyze the current situation of ethnic relations in Ke Chang Township; It is believed that the ethnic relations in Kechang Township have developed well, which are characterized by political democracy, economic integration and mutual assistance, coexistence of multiculturalism, increasing common factors, and the ability of a nation to master a variety of national languages. The phenomenon of intermarriage between ethnic groups is widespread, all ethnic groups enjoy equal rights to develop national economy, national politics and culture, unite and help each other, and make common progress; It is found that the psychological characteristics of ethnic communication in Kechang Township are that the Zhuang people tend to communicate with the Han nationality and the Miao people tend to communicate with the Gelao nationality in addition to the people of their own nationality. The Yi people are willing to communicate with the other four ethnic groups. A few Zhuang and Han nationality have psychological distance to the Miao nationality, and the local people have a certain degree of national prejudice consciousness. Seven negative factors affecting the development of local ethnic relations are summarized and analyzed, which are natural environment, historical migration, government system, ethnic cadre development, economic development, education development and customs and habits. In view of these negative factors, this paper tries to put forward six concrete measures to regulate and control ethnic relations from the point of view of the people's government of Kechang Township, in order to provide reference for the work of ethnic relations.
