　　目的:應(yīng)用血流向量成像技術(shù)觀察房間隔缺損患者心腔內(nèi)的血流能量損耗和血流動力學(xué)的改變。方法:該研究共收集健康志愿者52例(平均年齡48±11歲),房間隔缺損患者52例(平均年齡37±16歲),其中33例房間隔缺損患者(女性25例;平均年齡39±17歲;年齡跨度9-62歲)接受了經(jīng)皮房間隔缺損Amplatzer封堵術(shù)治療。應(yīng)用Aloka Prosound F75型彩色多普勒超聲診斷儀采集心尖四腔心二維圖像,并通過DAS-RS1工作站進(jìn)行分析,確定收縮期、舒張早期、心房收縮期三個時期對應(yīng)的幀。通過描計感興趣區(qū)分別測得右心房、右心室、左心房、左心室在不同時期的血流能量損耗值。結(jié)果:房間隔缺損患者右心房、右心室、左心房、左心室的容積和面積均較對照組增大(P<0.01)。在收縮期、舒張早期和心房收縮期,房間隔缺損患者的右心房、右心室、左心房、左心室的能量損耗均較對照組增加(P<0.05)。接受封堵治療后,患者各心腔內(nèi)的能量損耗在各時期均較術(shù)前減低(P<0.01)。逐步多元回歸結(jié)果顯示在房間隔缺損患者中,收縮期、舒張早期、心房收縮期的能量損耗與右房容積、左房每搏輸出量、左室射血分?jǐn)?shù)...
