【摘要】：正無(wú)創(chuàng)正壓通氣是一種不經(jīng)氣管插管而增加肺泡通氣量、減少患者肺部做工的一系列方法的總稱(chēng),它能有效改善急慢性肺通氣不足~([1]),降低呼吸衰竭患者的病死率~([2])。近年來(lái),由于無(wú)創(chuàng)、使用簡(jiǎn)便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),以及使用適應(yīng)證的不斷擴(kuò)大,無(wú)創(chuàng)正壓通氣的應(yīng)用日趨廣泛,它主要通過(guò)鼻罩、口鼻面罩、全臉面罩等將呼吸機(jī)與患者連接進(jìn)行通氣。據(jù)文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道,使用無(wú)創(chuàng)正壓通氣
[Abstract]:Positive noninvasive positive pressure ventilation is a series of methods to increase alveolar ventilation and reduce lung work without endotracheal intubation. It can effectively improve acute and chronic pulmonary ventilation deficiency ([1]) and reduce the mortality of patients with respiratory failure. In recent years, due to the advantages of non-invasive, simple use, as well as the continuous expansion of the use of indications, the application of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation is becoming more and more extensive. It mainly connects the ventilator with the patient through nasal mask, mouth and nose mask, whole face mask and so on. According to the literature, noninvasive positive pressure ventilation was used
