【摘要】：目的:探討綜合性護理對鹽酸洛新緩釋片治療Ⅲ型前列腺炎的影響。方法:收治Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者82例,采用鹽酸洛新緩釋片治療,隨機分為對照組和觀察組,對照組采用常規(guī)護理,觀察組采用綜合性護理,比較兩組治療效果。結(jié)果:綜合性護理后,觀察組正確飲食、適當運動、遵醫(yī)囑服藥、按時復查評分,疼痛和不適、排尿癥狀、生命質(zhì)量影響評分及總分,認知干預(yù)、心理干預(yù)、生活干預(yù)評分和1年內(nèi)復發(fā)率均顯著優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:對鹽酸坦洛新緩釋片治療Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者給予綜合性護理干預(yù),能有效緩解臨床癥狀,降低復發(fā)率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the treatment of type III prostatitis with loxin hydrochloric acid sustained-release tablets. Methods: 82 patients with type III prostatitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing. Results: after comprehensive nursing, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in correct diet, proper exercise, medication according to doctor's orders, timely review score, pain and discomfort, urination symptoms, quality of life influence score and total score, cognitive intervention, psychological intervention, life intervention score and recurrence rate within one year (P 0.05). Conclusion: comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and reduce recurrence rate in patients with type III prostatitis treated with Tamloxin Hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.
