【摘要】：目的探討慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者自我感受負(fù)擔(dān)狀況及其影響因素,為臨床制訂干預(yù)措施提供依據(jù)。方法采用日常生活能力量表(activity of daily living scale,ADL)、一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)及自我感受負(fù)擔(dān)量表(self-perceived burden scale,SPBS)對(duì)298例CHF患者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果CHF患者自我感受負(fù)擔(dān)得分為(24.84±6.74)分,處于輕中度負(fù)擔(dān)水平,77.52%CHF患者存在不同程度的自我感受負(fù)擔(dān);患者自我效能感得分為(23.71±6.66)分,低于國內(nèi)常模(P0.01);自我感受負(fù)擔(dān)與自我效能感呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.365,P0.001);CHF患者自我感受負(fù)擔(dān)與年齡、性別、主要照顧者、自我效能感等因素有關(guān)(均P0.05)。結(jié)論 CHF患者自我感受負(fù)擔(dān)處于輕中度負(fù)擔(dān)水平,患者年齡、性別、主要照顧者、自我效能感影響患者自我感受負(fù)擔(dān),臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員應(yīng)開展有針對(duì)性的干預(yù),以減輕患者自我感受負(fù)擔(dān),進(jìn)而提高患者生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of self-perceived burden and its influencing factors in patients with chronic heart failure (chronic heart failure,CHF), and to provide evidence for clinical intervention. Methods 298 patients with CHF were investigated with the ability of Daily living scale (activity of daily living scale,ADL), the General self-efficacy scale (general self-efficacy scale,GSES) and the self-feeling burden scale (self-perceived burden scale,SPBS).
