【摘要】：正丁酸是膳食纖維在腸道中被腸道菌群發(fā)酵產(chǎn)生的一種代謝產(chǎn)物。由于腸蠕動和腸道隱窩基底部黏液的分泌,丁酸在結(jié)腸中從腸腔最近端到遠(yuǎn)端,以及腸管到隱窩基底呈現(xiàn)出濃度梯度。丁酸濃度不同,作用機(jī)制不同。低濃度丁酸主要通過β氧化為細(xì)胞提供能量,促進(jìn)腸上皮細(xì)胞增殖;高濃度丁酸則作為組蛋白去乙酰酶抑制劑(HDACi),抑制腸上皮細(xì)胞增殖并促進(jìn)其凋亡。丁酸作用于腫瘤細(xì)胞,則主要積聚在細(xì)胞核中,作
[Abstract]:N-butyric acid is a metabolite produced by intestinal flora fermentation of dietary fiber in intestinal tract. Due to intestinal peristalsis and mucus secretion at the bottom of the recess base, butyric acid showed a concentration gradient from the nearest end of the intestinal cavity to the distal end of the intestinal cavity and from the intestinal tube to the basement of the recess in the colon. The action mechanism of butyric acid is different when the concentration of butyric acid is different. Low concentration butyric acid mainly provides energy for cells through 尾 oxidation to promote the proliferation of intestinal epithelial cells, while high concentration butyric acid acts as histone deacetase inhibitor (HDACi), to inhibit the proliferation and promote apoptosis of intestinal epithelial cells. When butyric acid acts on tumor cells, it mainly accumulates in the nucleus.
