【摘要】：目的探討采用家庭氧療跟蹤表量化分級管理老年COPD穩(wěn)定期家庭氧療患者的效果。方法選取2015年1月—2016年3月擬行家庭氧療的老年COPD穩(wěn)定期患者42例為實驗組,行雙側鼻導管家庭氧療,并采用家庭氧療跟蹤表評估患者的家庭氧療依從性、癥狀識別和用氧安全情況以及家庭氧療信心等,根據(jù)評價結果進行家庭氧療管理,另選取30例同期行雙側鼻導管家庭氧療的老年COPD穩(wěn)定期患者為對照組,給予常規(guī)護理。兩組均干預至少半年。比較兩組干預6個月時的護理依從性、急性發(fā)作次數(shù)、患者滿意度及干預前后的生活質量評分。結果實驗組干預6個月的護理依從性和患者滿意度均高于對照組,急性發(fā)作次數(shù)≥2次的患者比例低于對照組(均P0.05)。與干預前比較,兩組干預后生活質量評分均降低(P0.05)。實驗組干預后生活質量評分低于對照組(P0.05)。結論采用家庭氧療跟蹤表量化分級管理老年COPD穩(wěn)定期患者可有效減少COPD急性發(fā)作次數(shù),提高患者的依從性和滿意度,改善患者生存質量。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy of family oxygen therapy tracking table in the management of elderly patients with stable COPD. Methods from January 2015 to March 2016, 42 elderly patients with COPD who were scheduled to undergo family oxygen therapy from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the experimental group. The compliance of the patients with family oxygen therapy was evaluated by the follow-up table of family oxygen therapy, and the compliance of the patients was evaluated by the follow-up table of home oxygen therapy. Symptoms identification, oxygen safety and confidence in home oxygen therapy were carried out according to the evaluation results. 30 elderly patients with stable COPD who underwent bilateral nasal catheter home oxygen therapy at the same time were selected as the control group, and routine nursing was given. Both groups intervened for at least half a year. The nursing compliance, frequency of acute attack, patient satisfaction and quality of life score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.
