【摘要】：目的調(diào)查127所醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)中心器械清洗的現(xiàn)狀,旨在為提高消毒供應(yīng)中心器械清洗質(zhì)量、降低感染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、進(jìn)一步規(guī)范器械清洗流程提供參考。方法便利選取127所醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)中心,采用問(wèn)卷對(duì)醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)中心的設(shè)備配置、器械轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)情況及清洗劑的選擇、器械漂洗情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果超聲清洗機(jī)和噴淋式清洗機(jī)配置率分別為96.6%和78.7%,6.3%使用生理鹽水進(jìn)行預(yù)清洗,3.9%使用無(wú)菌水進(jìn)行預(yù)清洗;11.0%用自來(lái)水進(jìn)行終末漂洗;78.7%在污染器械轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)途中無(wú)持續(xù)保濕處理;66.9%把多酶清洗劑作為唯一的選擇;半數(shù)以上的消毒供應(yīng)中心在手工漂洗和終末漂洗時(shí)不記時(shí)間。結(jié)論 127所醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)中心醫(yī)療器械清洗設(shè)備總體配置較好,但仍需重視器械清洗用水的規(guī)范,提高器械轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)速度并推廣持續(xù)保濕處理,進(jìn)一步完善清洗劑的使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并建立漂洗和終末漂洗質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),確保醫(yī)療器械的清洗質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective To investigate the current situation of the device cleaning of the disinfection and supply center in 127 hospitals, aiming at improving the cleaning quality of the disinfection and supply center device, reducing the risk of infection and further regulating the cleaning process of the device. Methods The disinfection and supply center of 127 hospitals was selected, the equipment configuration of the hospital disinfection and supply center, the transfer of the device and the selection of the cleaning agent, and the rinsing of the device were investigated by using the questionnaire. Results The configuration rates of the ultrasonic cleaning machine and the spray type cleaning machine were 96.6% and 78.7%, 6.3% were pre-washed with normal saline, 3.9% were pre-cleaned with sterile water, 11.0% were terminal-rinsed with tap water, and 78.7% had no continuous moisture-retaining treatment during transport of the contaminated device. 66.9% of the multi-enzyme cleaning agent was selected as the only option; more than half of the disinfection supply centers were not time-recorded during manual rinsing and terminal rinsing. Conclusion 127 The general configuration of the medical device cleaning equipment of the hospital disinfection and supply center is good, but it is still necessary to attach importance to the specification of the device cleaning water, to improve the transport speed of the device and to promote the continuous moisture-keeping treatment. Further improve the use standard of the cleaning agent and establish the evaluation standard of the rinsing and the terminal rinsing quality to ensure the cleaning quality of the medical device.
