【摘要】:尿液樣品用硝酸酸化至硝酸的體積分?jǐn)?shù)為1%,離心后,上清液用4%(體積分?jǐn)?shù))硝酸溶液稀釋10倍。采用動態(tài)反應(yīng)池-電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法同時測定其中鉛、鎘、砷、硒、錳、銅、鋅、銻、鈹、釩、鐵、鎳、鉬、鉻、鉈、鈷、錫等17種元素的含量。以~(45)Sc(測定錳、銅、鈹、釩、鐵、鎳、鉻、鈷)、~(72)Ge(測定砷、硒、鋅)、115In(測定鎘、銻、鉬、錫)、~(209)Bi(測定鉛、鉈)為內(nèi)標(biāo)物。鐵的線性范圍在5.00mg·L~(-1)以內(nèi),其余元素的線性范圍均在50.0μg·L~(-1)以內(nèi),檢出限(3s)為0.000 5~0.496 0μg·L~(-1)。方法用于尿液樣品的分析,加標(biāo)回收率為85.6%~110%,測定值的相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(n=7)為0.68%~4.8%。
[Abstract]:The urine sample was acidified by nitric acid to nitric acid by 1% volume fraction. After centrifugation, the supernatant was diluted 10 times with 4% (volume fraction) nitric acid solution. Simultaneous determination of 17 elements in lead, cadmium, arsenic, selenium, manganese, copper, zinc, antimony, beryllium, vanadium, iron, nickel, molybdenum, chromium, thallium, cobalt and tin by dynamic reaction cell-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Manganese, copper, beryllium, vanadium, iron, nickel, chromium and cobalt were determined by ~ (45) Sc (), ~ (72) Ge () determination of arsenic, selenium, zinc, 115In (determination of cadmium, antimony, molybdenum, tin) and ~ (209) Bi () determination of lead and thallium as internal standard. The linear range of iron is within 5.00mg 路L ~ (- 1), the linear range of other elements is within 50.0 渭 g 路L ~ (- 1), the detection limit (3s) is 0.000 渭 g 路L ~ (- 1). The method was applied to the analysis of urine samples. The recovery rate was 85.6% ~ 110%, and the relative standard deviation (n = 7) was 0.68% ~ 4.8%.
