【摘要】：目的 :在白血病患者中,采用優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理的重要作用。方法 :從2014年5月-2016年5月中選取80例白血病患者,平均將患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表的方法分為優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理組40例和基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理組40例,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析兩組的患者心理狀況、不良反應(yīng)情況以及生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果:基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理組的SDS評(píng)分和SAS評(píng)分均比優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理組患者高,P值小于0.05,優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理組有15.0%(6/40)的患者發(fā)生不良反應(yīng),基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理組有30.0%(12/40)發(fā)生不良反應(yīng),優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理組顯著低于基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理組,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。在SCL-90量表中,優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理組比基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理組軀體化、強(qiáng)迫癥狀、人際關(guān)系、抑郁、焦慮、敵對(duì)性、恐怖、偏執(zhí)、精神病性等因子評(píng)分顯著低。結(jié)論 :對(duì)白血病患者進(jìn)行優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理能夠改善患者的不良心理、不良反應(yīng),可以在臨床應(yīng)用中發(fā)揮優(yōu)良的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to adopt the important role of high quality nursing in leukemia patients. Methods: from May 2014 to May 2016, 80 leukemia patients were randomly divided into two groups: high quality nursing group (n = 40) and basic nursing group (n = 40). Adverse reactions and quality of life. Results: the SDS score and SAS score in the basic nursing group were higher than those in the high-quality nursing group, P < 0.05, and 15.0% (6 / 40) of the patients in the high-quality nursing group had adverse reactions. Adverse reactions occurred in 30.0% (12 / 40) of the basic nursing group, and significantly lower in the high-quality nursing group than in the basic nursing group (P < 0.05). In SCL- 90, the scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsion, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, paranoid ideation and psychosis in the high quality nursing group were significantly lower than those in the basic nursing group. Conclusion: high quality nursing care for leukemia patients can improve the adverse psychology and adverse reactions of the patients, and can play an excellent role in clinical application.
