【摘要】：正為了加強(qiáng)《第三軍醫(yī)大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》的學(xué)術(shù)誠信建設(shè),規(guī)范論文撰寫及編審、出版過程,抵制學(xué)術(shù)不端行為,本刊依據(jù)著作權(quán)法、國內(nèi)外出版?zhèn)惱淼扔嘘P(guān)條款,并結(jié)合本刊實(shí)際情況,制定作者、審稿者、編輯、出版者的倫理規(guī)范。一、作者倫理1.作者應(yīng)對論文的真實(shí)性負(fù)責(zé),有責(zé)任配合編輯部要求提供原始圖片、原始數(shù)據(jù)、基金立項(xiàng)任務(wù)書和項(xiàng)目名稱等證明材料。2.作者在投稿時需提交單位介紹信,介紹信除證明稿件內(nèi)容(數(shù)據(jù)、作者資料)的真實(shí)性之外,還應(yīng)證明稿件無一稿多投,不涉及保密問題,署名無爭議等,同時提交全體作者簽名的《論文專有使用權(quán)授權(quán)書》。

At the same time submitted for the signature of all the authors of the "exclusive right to use the paper authorization".
