【摘要】：正為了加強(qiáng)《第三軍醫(yī)大學(xué)學(xué)報》的學(xué)術(shù)誠信建設(shè),規(guī)范論文撰寫及編審、出版過程,抵制學(xué)術(shù)不端行為,本刊依據(jù)著作權(quán)法、國內(nèi)外出版?zhèn)惱淼扔嘘P(guān)條款,并結(jié)合本刊實(shí)際情況,制定作者、審稿者、編輯、出版者的倫理規(guī)范。一、作者倫理1.作者應(yīng)對論文的真實(shí)性負(fù)責(zé),有責(zé)任配合編輯部要求提供原始圖片、原始數(shù)據(jù)、基金立項任務(wù)書和項目名稱等證明材料。2.作者在投稿時需提交單位介紹信,介紹信除證明稿件內(nèi)容(數(shù)據(jù)、作者資料)的真實(shí)性之外,還應(yīng)證明稿件無一稿多投,不涉及保密問題,署名無爭議等,同時提交全體作者簽名的《論文專有使用權(quán)授權(quán)書》。

In addition to certifying the authenticity of the contents (data, author's information) of the manuscript, the author should also prove that the manuscript has not been submitted more than one draft, that it does not involve the issue of confidentiality, that the signature is not controversial, and so on. At the same time submitted for the signature of all the authors of the "exclusive right to use the paper authorization".
