【摘要】：頸髓與腦深部電刺激持續(xù)性植物狀態(tài)(PVS)患者的康復(fù)包括頸髓電刺激和腦深部電刺激。頸髓電刺激是在高位頸髓節(jié)段植入電極,發(fā)放持續(xù)脈沖電刺激。腦深部電刺激是將刺激電極通過立體定向術(shù)植入腦的深部神經(jīng)核團(tuán),直接通過腦干網(wǎng)狀上行激活系統(tǒng)興奮大腦皮質(zhì),并通過神經(jīng)體液的液調(diào)節(jié)的協(xié)同作用,增加大腦皮質(zhì)的血流量和組織氧代謝率,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)植物狀態(tài)的康復(fù)。
[Abstract]:The rehabilitation of patients with persistent vegetative state of cervical spinal cord and deep brain electrical stimulation includes cervical cord electrical stimulation and deep brain electrical stimulation. Cervical cord electrical stimulation is a high cervical spinal cord segment implanted electrode, the distribution of continuous pulse electrical stimulation. Deep brain electrical stimulation is a synergistic effect of implanting the stimulation electrode into the deep nerve nucleus of the brain through stereotactic operation, which excites the cerebral cortex directly through the brain stem reticular ascending activation system and regulates by the fluid of the nerve and body fluid. Increase cerebral cortex blood flow and tissue oxygen metabolism rate, and promote the recovery of plant state.
