【摘要】：目的探討改良早期預(yù)警評分在基層醫(yī)院急診危重患者院內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取2015年2月1日~4月30日經(jīng)搶救后需轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)的81例患者為對照組,2015年5月1日~7月31日經(jīng)搶救后需轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)的103例患者作為觀察組,對照組采用傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)方法進(jìn)行評估病情,并轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)。觀察組轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)前在常規(guī)評估基礎(chǔ)上增加改良早期預(yù)警評分進(jìn)行病情評估,采取針對性的處理措施。比較實(shí)施前后兩組患者院內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)不安全事件發(fā)生率,患者家屬及接受科室滿意度的差異。結(jié)果實(shí)施改良早期預(yù)警評分后,急診危重患者院內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中不安全事件發(fā)生率由實(shí)施前的8.64%降低到實(shí)施后的0.97%(P=0.030);患者家屬滿意度由實(shí)施前的85.19%提高到實(shí)施后的94.17%(P=0.042),接受科室滿意度由實(shí)施前的80.25%提高到實(shí)施后的93.20%(P=0.008)。結(jié)論改良早期預(yù)警評分能客觀、準(zhǔn)確評估急診危重患者院內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中的病情,有效降低急診危重患者院內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中不安全事件發(fā)生率,提高患者家屬滿意度以及科室間合作的滿意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application effect of improved early warning score in hospital transportation of emergency critical patients in primary hospitals. Methods Eighty-one patients were selected as the control group and 103 patients as the observation group. The patients in the control group were evaluated by the traditional experience method, and the patients in the control group were selected as the control group, and 103 patients who needed to be transported after the rescue from May 1 to July 31, 2015 were selected as the observation group. And transshipment. In the observation group, the modified early warning score was added on the basis of routine assessment before transshipment, and targeted treatment measures were taken. The incidence of unsafe transportation in hospital, the satisfaction of patients' families and departments were compared between the two groups before and after the implementation. Results after the implementation of the improved early warning score, the incidence of unsafe incidents in hospital transportation of emergency critical patients decreased from 8.64% before implementation to 0.97% (P0.030) after implementation. The satisfaction degree of family members increased from 85.19% before implementation to 94.17% (P0. 042) after implementation, and the satisfaction degree of receiving department increased from 80.25% before implementation to 93.20% (P0. 008) after implementation. Conclusion the improved early warning score can objectively evaluate the condition of hospital transportation in emergency critical patients and effectively reduce the incidence of unsafe events in hospital transportation in emergency critical patients.
