【摘要】：隨著時(shí)代的進(jìn)步,現(xiàn)代護(hù)理模式也必須跟隨著轉(zhuǎn)變,手術(shù)室里的護(hù)理也不僅僅是簡(jiǎn)單的配合著各個(gè)手術(shù)步驟的完成,更是要注重"以人為本,以患者為中心"的手術(shù)前、手術(shù)中、手術(shù)后整個(gè)手術(shù)過(guò)程的全面護(hù)理。微護(hù)理就是一種做好細(xì)致入微的全程服務(wù),從小微處入手并做好細(xì)節(jié)管理的新型護(hù)理模式,是因人制宜、因地制宜、具有個(gè)性化的護(hù)理模式,其目的是使手術(shù)患者在圍術(shù)期間的心理、生理、社會(huì)適應(yīng)上,能調(diào)整到最佳的健康狀態(tài),解除手術(shù)患者術(shù)前恐懼心理,減少術(shù)中的不舒適感,縮短手術(shù)時(shí)間,促進(jìn)患者術(shù)后早日康復(fù),提高手術(shù)室護(hù)理質(zhì)量。
