【摘要】：隨著時代的進步,現代護理模式也必須跟隨著轉變,手術室里的護理也不僅僅是簡單的配合著各個手術步驟的完成,更是要注重"以人為本,以患者為中心"的手術前、手術中、手術后整個手術過程的全面護理。微護理就是一種做好細致入微的全程服務,從小微處入手并做好細節(jié)管理的新型護理模式,是因人制宜、因地制宜、具有個性化的護理模式,其目的是使手術患者在圍術期間的心理、生理、社會適應上,能調整到最佳的健康狀態(tài),解除手術患者術前恐懼心理,減少術中的不舒適感,縮短手術時間,促進患者術后早日康復,提高手術室護理質量。
