【摘要】：目的探討系統(tǒng)管理對妊娠期糖尿病患者母嬰結(jié)局的影響。方法選取妊娠期糖尿病患者96例為觀察組,對其行系統(tǒng)管理至分娩;同期隨機抽取96例妊娠期糖尿病的患者作為對照組,接受常規(guī)護理。比較兩組孕婦羊水指數(shù)、孕期增加體重、身體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)、餐后2h血糖、母嬰結(jié)局(早產(chǎn)、剖宮產(chǎn)、產(chǎn)后出血、泌尿系統(tǒng)感染、窒息、缺氧性腦病、巨大兒、低血糖及高膽紅素血癥)。結(jié)果觀察組患者孕期增加體重、BMI、餐后2h血糖、羊水指數(shù)等各項臨床指標均低于對照組,母嬰結(jié)局優(yōu)于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論系統(tǒng)管理可以明顯改善妊娠期糖尿病患者的母嬰結(jié)局。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of systematic management on maternal and infant outcome of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods 96 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus were selected as observation group and 96 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly selected as control group and received routine nursing care. The amniotic fluid index, weight gain during pregnancy, body mass index (BMI),) 2 h postprandial blood glucose, maternal and infant outcomes (premature delivery, cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, urinary tract infection, asphyxia, hypoxic encephalopathy, macrosomia) were compared between the two groups. Hypoglycemia and hyperbilirubinemia) Results in the observation group, the weight gain during pregnancy, 2 h postprandial blood glucose of BMI, amniotic fluid index and other clinical indexes were lower than those in the control group, and the maternal and infant outcome was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion systematic management can significantly improve the maternal and child outcomes of gestational diabetes mellitus patients.
