妊娠期糖尿病孕婦尿路感染病原菌分布與危險(xiǎn)因素分析

【摘要】:目的觀察妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕婦尿路感染的病原菌分布情況及相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素,為降低感染及臨床治療提供參考。方法選取醫(yī)院2012年5月-2016年6月收治的1 020例GDM孕婦,對(duì)其中發(fā)生尿路感染的187例患者進(jìn)行回顧分析,分析病原菌分布及危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)果 1 020例妊娠期糖尿病孕婦共發(fā)生尿路感染187例,感染率18.33%;共檢出237株病原菌,以革蘭陰性菌為主,共173株占73.00%;經(jīng)logistic回歸分析顯示,年齡≥30歲、空腹血糖≥8mmol/L、糖化血紅蛋白≥7%、24h尿蛋白≥80mg、血尿素氮≥6mmol/L、合并≥2種其他慢性疾病和未使用抗菌藥物是妊娠期糖尿病孕婦尿路感染的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論 GDM孕婦尿路感染的主要病原菌為革蘭陰性菌,且該類患者尿路感染的危險(xiǎn)因素較多,應(yīng)根據(jù)患者病情合理選擇抗菌藥物,同時(shí)進(jìn)行及時(shí)地治療。
