ε-聚賴氨酸抑菌效果及對(duì)尿鉛測(cè)定影響研究
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the inhibitory effect of 蔚 -Polylysine (蔚-PL) on four common spoilage bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli, and to evaluate the effect of 蔚-PL on the determination of lead in urine. Methods the minimal inhibitory concentration of 蔚-PL against four common spoilage bacteria was determined by broth dilution method. The inhibitory effect of 蔚-PL with final mass concentration of 40.000 mg/L on urine samples was observed by (MIC);. Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) was used to determine the background level of lead in 蔚-PL solution with mass concentration of 40.000 mg/L and the urine lead level in normal controls, and to compare the bacteriostatic effect of 蔚-PL and nitric acid on urine samples. Results the MIC of 蔚-PL against Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli was 40.000 mg/L.. Urine samples containing final concentration of 40.000 mg/L 蔚-PL had no bacterial growth at room temperature for 24 h or 15 d. The lead level in 蔚-PL solution with a mass concentration of 40.000 mg/L was 2.0 渭 g 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1). When the concentration of 蔚-PL of 40.000 mg/L and the volume fraction of 1.0% nitric acid were used as preservatives, the decrease rate of lead level in urine samples was similar, and the decrease rate of lead level in urine samples was less than 10.0 after 15 days of storage. Conclusion 蔚-PL can replace nitric acid as a new natural preservative for the determination of lead in urine.
