【摘要】：目的了解重慶地區(qū)健康獻(xiàn)血人群弓形蟲(chóng)(TOX)感染現(xiàn)狀。方法隨機(jī)采集重慶市血液中心2015年3-8月半年間該地區(qū)的健康獻(xiàn)血人群血清樣本1001(人)份,采用ELISA法檢測(cè)單份血清標(biāo)本的TOX抗體,對(duì)比分析不同性別、年齡、職業(yè)及受教育程度獻(xiàn)血者TOX陽(yáng)性率。結(jié)果本組重慶健康獻(xiàn)血人群TOX抗體陽(yáng)性率8.49%(85/1 001)。其中檢出TOX-IgG抗體陽(yáng)性78例,陽(yáng)性率7.80%(78/1 001);TOX-IgM抗體陽(yáng)性7例,陽(yáng)性率為0.7%(7/1001)。不同職業(yè)以及受教育程度間的獻(xiàn)血人群中TOX陽(yáng)性率有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(p0.05)。結(jié)論重慶地區(qū)健康獻(xiàn)血人群中存在一定的TOX感染率;應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)獻(xiàn)血者弓形蟲(chóng)感染的監(jiān)測(cè),對(duì)免疫缺陷等特殊受血者宜開(kāi)展相應(yīng)項(xiàng)目的血液篩查,以降低弓形蟲(chóng)感染可能引起的輸血風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate (TOX) infection status of Toxoplasma gondii in healthy blood donors in Chongqing. Methods 1001 samples of healthy blood donors were collected from Chongqing Blood Center from March to August and half years in 2015. ELISA method was used to detect the TOX antibody of a single serum sample, and different sex and age were compared and analyzed. The positive rate of TOX was found in blood donors of occupation and education. Results the positive rate of TOX antibody was 8.49% (85 / 1 001). The positive rate of TOX-IgG antibody was 7.80% (78 / 1 001) and that of TOX-IgM antibody was 0.7% (7 / 1001). There was significant difference in TOX positive rate among blood donors in different occupation and education level (p0.05). Conclusion there is a certain infection rate of TOX in healthy blood donors in Chongqing area. In order to reduce the risk of blood transfusion caused by Toxoplasma gondii infection, we should strengthen the monitoring of Toxoplasma gondii infection in blood donors, and carry out blood screening for special recipients such as immune deficiency in order to reduce the risk of blood transfusion caused by Toxoplasma gondii infection.
