智能靜脈用藥配置機(jī)器人的臨床應(yīng)用效果

【摘要】:目的探討智能靜脈用藥配置機(jī)器人在臨床靜脈輸液配藥過程中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取我院進(jìn)行靜脈輸液配藥護(hù)士120例,隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組使用智能靜脈用藥配置機(jī)器人進(jìn)行藥物配制,對照組使用傳統(tǒng)人工藥物配制。分析兩組護(hù)士的配藥袋數(shù)、藥物殘留率及配藥錯(cuò)誤發(fā)生率。結(jié)果兩組在藥物配制前基線資料差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),兩組護(hù)士藥物配制5 d后的配液袋數(shù)、藥物殘留率及配藥錯(cuò)誤發(fā)生率比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在臨床靜脈輸液配藥過程中,使用智能靜脈用藥配置機(jī)器人,能提高配藥工作效率,減少藥物殘留和降低配藥錯(cuò)誤的發(fā)生率,增加了靜脈配液的準(zhǔn)確性和安全性,并在一定程度上降低了藥物配制對配液護(hù)士造成的職業(yè)傷害。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the application effect of intelligent venipuncture robot in clinical intravenous infusion. Methods 120 nurses who received intravenous infusion in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group used intelligent intravenous medicine configuration robot for drug preparation and the control group used traditional artificial drugs. The number of dispensing bags, the drug residue rate and the mismatch rate of the two groups were analyzed. Results there was no significant difference in baseline data before drug preparation between the two groups (P0.05). There were significant differences in the number of dispensing bags, drug residue rate and drug mismatch rate between the two groups after 5 days of preparation (P0.05). Conclusion in the course of clinical intravenous infusion, the use of intelligent venipuncture robot can improve the efficiency of dispensing, reduce the residual drug and reduce the incidence of mismatch, and increase the accuracy and safety of intravenous infusion. To a certain extent, the occupational injury caused by the preparation of drugs to the dispensing nurses was reduced.
