【摘要】：目的分析某醫(yī)院1 138株金黃色葡萄球菌分離株的分布特點(diǎn)及耐藥狀況。方法選擇1 138株2012~2014年分離的金黃色葡萄球菌分離株。分離株主要來自痰液(360株、31.6%)、傷口分泌物(272株、23.9%)和其他分泌物株(205株、18.0%),科室主要來自燒傷科(278株、24.4%)、兒科(116株、10.2%)、耳鼻喉科(114株、10.0%)。采用紙片擴(kuò)散法進(jìn)行藥敏實(shí)驗(yàn),分析其耐藥情況。結(jié)果 1 138株金黃色葡萄球菌分離株中耐甲氧西林金黃色葡萄球菌(MRSA)457株(40.2%)、甲氧西林敏感金黃色葡萄球菌(MSSA)681株(59.8%)。MRSA對(duì)青霉素G、頭孢呋辛、頭孢噻肟、頭孢唑啉、苯唑西林的耐藥率均為100%,而MSSA分別為6.3%、7.6%、8.1%、0、7.3%,MRSA耐藥率高于MSSA(P均0.05)。結(jié)論院內(nèi)分離的金黃色葡萄球菌菌株中MRSA檢出率較高,且多重耐藥菌株多見。臨床醫(yī)生需根據(jù)菌株藥敏結(jié)果合理使用抗菌藥物。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the distribution and drug resistance of 1 138 Staphylococcus aureus isolates in a hospital. Methods 1 138 Staphylococcus aureus isolates from 2012 to 2014 were selected. The isolates were mainly from sputum (360 strains, 31.6%), wound secretions (272 strains, 23.9%) and other secretions (205 strains, 18.0%). Otorhinolaryngology (114 strains, 10.0%). The drug sensitivity test was carried out by disk diffusion method, and the drug resistance was analyzed. Results among 1 138 isolates of Staphylococcus aureus, 457 strains (40.2%) were methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and 681 (59.8%). MRSA were methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus against penicillin G and cefuroxime. The drug resistance rates of cefotaxime, cefazolin and oxacillin were 100, while MSSA were 6.3and 7.6and 8.1cm, respectively. The resistance rate of MSSA was higher than that of MSSA (P. Conclusion the detection rate of MRSA in Staphylococcus aureus strains isolated in hospital is high, and multidrug resistant strains are more common. The clinical doctor should use the antibiotics reasonably according to the drug sensitivity result of the strain.
