【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查癌癥患者失志現(xiàn)狀,并探討其影響因素。方法:采用橫斷面調(diào)查方法,應(yīng)用失志量表、患者健康問(wèn)卷、醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)對(duì)問(wèn)卷、Mc Gill生存質(zhì)量問(wèn)卷以及自設(shè)的一般資料調(diào)查表對(duì)某2所三級(jí)甲等腫瘤醫(yī)院住院523例癌癥患者進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果:癌癥患者的失志總分為(33.53±15.09)分;單因素分析結(jié)果顯示,癌癥患者的失志水平在不同職業(yè)、文化程度、家庭月收入、付費(fèi)方式、居住地及疾病分期存在差異(P0.05);Pearson相關(guān)分析表明,癌癥患者抑郁、屈服應(yīng)對(duì)、生活質(zhì)量的心理維度與失志呈顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.623、0.589、0.572,均P0.05),癌癥患者整體生活質(zhì)量、生活質(zhì)量的個(gè)人存在維度及社會(huì)支持維度與失志呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.379、-0.572、-0.453,均P0.05);多元線性回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,癌癥患者失志的影響因素有職業(yè)、文化程度、抑郁、屈服應(yīng)對(duì)、回避應(yīng)對(duì)、生活質(zhì)量的心理維度與個(gè)人存在維度(β=0.596、1.373、0.744、1.265、-0.512、1.083、-1.411,均P0.05)。結(jié)論:針對(duì)中國(guó)內(nèi)地系統(tǒng)開(kāi)展的癌癥患者失志調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,內(nèi)地癌癥患者失志水平較高,其職業(yè)、文化程度、抑郁、屈服應(yīng)對(duì)、回避應(yīng)對(duì)、生活質(zhì)量的心理維度與個(gè)人存在維度是影響失志的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the current situation of cancer patients with loss of ambition and explore its influencing factors. Methods: a cross-sectional survey was carried out, and a questionnaire on patients' health, a questionnaire on medical coping, a scale of disapproval and a questionnaire on medical coping were used. Mc Gill quality of life questionnaire and general information questionnaire were used to investigate 523 cancer patients in two Grade 3A tumor hospitals. Results: the total score of cancer patients was (33.53 鹵15.09). Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in different occupations, education level, family monthly income, payment method, residence and disease stages among cancer patients (P0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the psychological dimension of depression, yield coping and quality of life of cancer patients was significantly positively correlated with depression (r = 0.623, 0.589, 0.572, P0.05), and the overall quality of life of cancer patients was significantly higher than that of patients with cancer (P < 0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between the dimension of personal existence and social support of quality of life (r-0.379- 0.572- 0.453, P0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of cancer patients were occupation, education level, depression, surrender coping, avoidance coping, quality of life psychological dimension and personal existence dimension (尾 = 0.596 / 1.373 / 0.7441.265). -0.512 (1.083) -1.411 (P0.05). Conclusion: according to the survey of cancer patients in mainland China, the level of demoralization in cancer patients is higher, their occupation, education, depression, surrender coping, avoidance coping, etc. The psychological dimension of quality of life and the dimension of personal existence are the important factors affecting the loss of ambition.
