【摘要】：總結(jié)1例腹腔鏡下保留肝臟肝內(nèi)妊娠清除術(shù)患者的護(hù)理。護(hù)理要點包括:術(shù)前做好心理護(hù)理及用藥護(hù)理,預(yù)防肝臟破裂,術(shù)后密切監(jiān)測病情變化,做好管道護(hù)理、肝功能及血絨毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin,HCG)監(jiān)測�；颊呤中g(shù)成功,配合各項治療和護(hù)理措施的實施,術(shù)后9 d康復(fù)出院。
[Abstract]:To summarize the nursing care of a patient undergoing laparoscopic intrahepatic pregnancy clearance. The nursing points included psychological nursing and medication nursing before operation, prevention of liver rupture, close monitoring of the state of the disease after operation, good pipeline nursing, monitoring of liver function and serum chorionic gonadotropin (human chorionic gonadotropin,HCG). The patient was successfully operated and discharged from hospital 9 days after operation with the implementation of various treatment and nursing measures.
