【摘要】：目前對(duì)酒駕取血存在血儲(chǔ)容器種類繁多、缺乏規(guī)范的現(xiàn)象,為進(jìn)一步優(yōu)選血儲(chǔ)容器,最大限度保證血醇含量測(cè)定結(jié)果的穩(wěn)定,為血樣存儲(chǔ)最適容器的選擇和交管部門(mén)制定相應(yīng)規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供基礎(chǔ)的數(shù)據(jù)。本實(shí)驗(yàn)選取5種常見(jiàn)的真空抗凝管,在恒溫冰箱(4~8℃)下存儲(chǔ)靜脈鮮血,采用GC法測(cè)定血液0、3 d、7 d、14 d、21 d和28 d的乙醇動(dòng)態(tài)含量。結(jié)果顯示:血儲(chǔ)容器為枸櫞酸鈉(1:4)黑色帽管在3 d后、氟化鈉-草酸鉀灰色帽管在7 d后血醇含量呈不斷顯著下降的趨勢(shì)(p0.05);EDTA-k2紫色帽管、枸櫞酸鈉(1:9)藍(lán)色帽管、肝素綠色帽管在21 d內(nèi)酒精含量穩(wěn)定性較好,之后顯著下降(p0.05)。5種采血管以EDTA-k2紫色帽管、枸櫞酸鈉(1:9)藍(lán)色帽管、肝素綠色帽管在21 d內(nèi)為較佳血儲(chǔ)容器,其余2種抗凝管不宜作為血醇檢測(cè)的血儲(chǔ)容器。
