【摘要】：目的深入了解乳腺癌術(shù)后患者對淋巴水腫預(yù)防行為的認(rèn)知和執(zhí)行體驗(yàn),為醫(yī)護(hù)人員提高患者執(zhí)行淋巴水腫相關(guān)預(yù)防行為提供依據(jù)。方法采用質(zhì)性研究的現(xiàn)象學(xué)研究方法,對某市四所三甲醫(yī)院乳腺癌術(shù)后患者進(jìn)行半結(jié)構(gòu)式個(gè)人深入訪談,運(yùn)用內(nèi)容分析法對訪談資料進(jìn)行主題及副主題提煉。結(jié)果對19例乳腺癌術(shù)后患者進(jìn)行訪談其最終歸納為4個(gè)主題(1)患者對疾病知識和態(tài)度處于消極狀態(tài);(2)醫(yī)患雙方交流溝通較少;(3)淋巴水腫相關(guān)預(yù)防行為執(zhí)行較差;(4)手臂發(fā)生淋巴水腫影響日常生活。結(jié)論醫(yī)務(wù)人員應(yīng)更加關(guān)注患者對淋巴水腫預(yù)防行為的認(rèn)知及執(zhí)行情況,制定規(guī)范化的淋巴水腫預(yù)防行為,提高其相關(guān)預(yù)防行為的正確執(zhí)行。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the cognition and experience of prevention of lymphedema in patients with breast cancer after operation, and to provide evidence for doctors and nurses to improve the prevention of lymphedema. Methods using the phenomenological research method of qualitative study, we conducted a semi-structured personal in-depth interview with breast cancer patients after operation in four third-class hospitals in a certain city, and used the content analysis method to extract the subject and sub-theme of the interview data. Results the interviews with 19 patients with breast cancer after operation were concluded as four topics: (1) the patients' knowledge and attitude towards the disease were in a negative state; (2) the communication between doctors and patients was less; (3) the prevention of lymphedema was poor; (4) the prevention behavior of lymphedema was poor; Lymphedema in the arm affects daily life. Conclusion Medical staff should pay more attention to the cognition and implementation of the preventive behavior of lymphedema, formulate standardized preventive behavior of lymphedema, and improve the correct implementation of the related preventive behavior.
