冠心病患者頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的超聲特征及其與病情嚴(yán)重程度的相關(guān)性
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the ultrasonic features of carotid atherosclerosis and its correlation with severity of coronary heart disease. Methods: 180 cases of coronary heart disease treated in our hospital were divided into three groups according to the degree of coronary artery stenosis: 50 cases in single vessel group, 72 cases in double vessel group and 58 cases in three vessel group. Another 50 healthy people who were examined in our hospital at the same time were taken as control group. Carotid artery ultrasound was used to detect carotid atherosclerosis parameters, heart color Doppler ultrasound was used to detect cardiac function parameters, and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect serum endothelial function. The relationship between carotid ultrasound parameters and cardiac function and endothelial function was analyzed by Pearson test. Results: the parameters of carotid artery ultrasound 尾 and Ep,AC,PWV 尾 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the changes of 尾 and Ep,AC,PWV 尾 were aggravated with the increase of coronary artery lesion (P0.05), the LVEDD,LVESD value of cardiac function parameter in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the LVEF value was lower than that in the control group. With the increase of coronary lesions, the change of LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF increased (P0.05); the ET-1,vWF level of endothelial function in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the level of NO was lower than that of the control group. With the increase of the severity of coronary artery lesion, the ET-1,vWF,NO level was increased (P0.05). Carotid ultrasound parameters 尾 and Ep,AC,PWV 尾 were directly correlated with cardiac function and endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease. Conclusion: the ultrasonic parameters of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with coronary heart disease are directly related to the severity of the disease and can be used as a noninvasive and reliable method for early diagnosis of the disease.
