物質(zhì)依賴與精神分裂癥患者主要照料者疾病家庭負(fù)擔(dān)對照研究

【摘要】：目的:探討物質(zhì)依賴和精神分裂癥患者主要照料者的家庭負(fù)擔(dān)及其差異。方法:用疾病家庭負(fù)擔(dān)量表評估65例物質(zhì)依賴者及64例精神分裂癥者的主要照料者的家庭負(fù)擔(dān)量。結(jié)果:物質(zhì)依賴組和精神分裂癥組總分達(dá)到中等及以上程度負(fù)擔(dān)的比例分別為61.45%、57.81%,總分分別為27.06±10.19、25.09±11.36分,兩組家庭總負(fù)擔(dān)相當(dāng)。物質(zhì)依賴組主要照料者的軀體健康較精神分裂癥組差(P=0.000),物質(zhì)依賴組主要照料者與患者的關(guān)系為夫妻比關(guān)系為父母總負(fù)擔(dān)重(P=0.007),精神分裂癥組照料者居住在農(nóng)村比居住地為城市經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)重、總負(fù)擔(dān)重(P=0.004、0.030)。結(jié)論:物質(zhì)依賴與精神分裂癥患者主要照料者疾病家庭負(fù)擔(dān)均重,應(yīng)為患者的主要照料者提供多方面的幫助,以便減輕疾病家庭負(fù)擔(dān),降低患者的復(fù)發(fā)/復(fù)吸。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the family burden and difference of primary caregivers of patients with substance dependence and schizophrenia. Methods: the family burden of 65 patients with substance dependence and 64 patients with schizophrenia was evaluated by the disease family burden scale. Results: the ratio of the total score of substance dependence group and schizophrenia group was 61.45 and 57.81respectively, and the total score was 27.06 鹵10.19 鹵25.09 鹵11.36, respectively. The total burden of the two groups was the same. The physical health of the primary caregivers in the substance dependence group was worse than that of the schizophrenia group (P0. 000). The relationship between the primary carers and the patients in the substance dependence group was greater than that of the parents (P0. 007). The caregivers of the schizophrenia group lived in rural areas. The place of residence is a heavy burden on the city's economy, The total burden was heavy (P0. 004 ~ 0. 030). Conclusion: the burden of disease family of the primary caregivers of patients with schizophrenia and substance dependence is heavy, so it is necessary to provide various help to the main caregivers of the patients in order to reduce the burden of disease families and reduce the recurrence / relapse of the patients.
