【摘要】：目的了解腦卒中高危人群知信行現(xiàn)狀及分析影響因素,為腦卒中疾病預(yù)防和干預(yù)工作提供依據(jù)。方法運(yùn)用中國(guó)卒中數(shù)據(jù)中心高危人群篩查量表,對(duì)2016年1~12月篩選的600例腦卒中高危人群進(jìn)行腦卒中知信行問卷調(diào)查,調(diào)查對(duì)腦卒中防治知識(shí)、信念、行為的現(xiàn)狀。結(jié)果腦卒中防治相關(guān)知識(shí)總平均分為(25.50±4.32)分,總得分率為40.87%;腦卒中防治信念總平均分為(38.53±5.41)分,總得分率為59.12%;行為總平均分為(34.67±3.36)分,總得分率為44.91%。Logistic回歸分析顯示影響腦卒中高危人群知信行的影響因素是:年齡、文化程度、睡眠質(zhì)量和體育鍛煉(均有P0.05)。結(jié)論社區(qū)居民腦卒中防治知識(shí)普遍缺乏,防治信念、防治行為依從性相對(duì)較低,需加強(qiáng)此類人群知信行的宣教與干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of knowledge and practice in high risk population of stroke and to analyze the influencing factors so as to provide evidence for the prevention and intervention of stroke disease. Methods A questionnaire survey of knowledge, belief and behavior was carried out in 600 stroke high-risk population selected from January to December 2016 by using the Chinese Stroke data Center High risk population screening scale, and the status of knowledge, belief and behavior in the prevention and treatment of stroke was investigated. Results the average score of stroke prevention and treatment knowledge was (25.50 鹵4.32), the total score rate was 40.87, the average score of stroke prevention and treatment belief was (38.53 鹵5.41), the total score was 59.12, the average score of behavior was (34.67 鹵3.36). The 44.91%.Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors influencing the knowledge and behavior of the high risk group of stroke were age, education level, sleep quality and physical exercise (P0.05). Conclusion there is a general lack of knowledge about prevention and treatment of stroke among community residents, and the compliance of prevention and treatment belief and prevention behavior is relatively low, so it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda and intervention of knowledge, belief and practice in this kind of population.
