【摘要】：總結(jié)了1例盆腔復(fù)發(fā)性脈管內(nèi)平滑肌瘤累及右心房行胸腹聯(lián)合手術(shù)的護理經(jīng)驗。通過組織醫(yī)院多學(xué)科會診及協(xié)作,制訂詳實的個性化手術(shù)方案;合理安排手術(shù)人員,多次模擬手術(shù)場景;對患者進行全面評估,進行心理疏導(dǎo),術(shù)中嚴格預(yù)防和控制醫(yī)院感染的發(fā)生。手術(shù)順利,歷時8 h,出血約1 000 ml,患者恢復(fù)良好。
[Abstract]:The nursing experience of a case of pelvic recurrent vascular leiomyoma involving right atrium undergoing combined thoracoabdominal surgery was summarized. Through organizing hospital multi-disciplinary consultation and cooperation, to make detailed individualized operation plan; to arrange the operation personnel reasonably, to simulate the operation scene many times; to carry on the comprehensive evaluation to the patient, to carry on the psychological guidance, Prevention and control of nosocomial infection during operation. The operation was successful and lasted 8 hours. The patient recovered well from bleeding for about 1 000 ml,.
