【摘要】：[目的]研究護理專案改善在降低住院病人跌倒發(fā)生率中的應用效果。[方法]實施預防跌倒護理專案改善,比較2016年2月—5月(實施后)與2015年9月—12月(實施前)全院住院病人跌倒發(fā)生率、住院病人跌倒高風險比例、預防跌倒質量監(jiān)測關鍵指標落實率。[結果]實施護理專案改善后,住院病人跌倒發(fā)生率明顯下降(P0.05),預防跌倒關鍵監(jiān)測指標落實率明顯提升(P0.05)。[結論]預防跌倒護理專案改善有利于針對跌倒高風險因素進行過程控制,實施有效干預措施,實現(xiàn)住院病人預防跌倒高效管理,降低住院病人跌倒發(fā)生率,保障病人安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of nursing project improvement in reducing the incidence of fall in inpatients. [methods] the incidence of falls and the high risk of falls were compared between Feb-May 2016 (after implementation) and September-December 2015 (before implementation). Fall prevention quality monitoring key indicators of implementation rate. [results] after the improvement of nursing project, the incidence of fall in inpatients decreased significantly (P0.05), and the implementation rate of key monitoring indexes for prevention of falls increased significantly (P0.05). [conclusion] the improvement of falls prevention and nursing project is beneficial to the process control of high risk factors of falls, the effective intervention measures, the effective management of preventing falls, reducing the incidence of falls and ensuring the safety of patients.
