【摘要】：正目前慢性腎臟病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患病率持續(xù)升高,終末期腎臟病(end stagerenal disease,ESRD)患者持續(xù)增長,目前最常使用的腎臟替代方式為血液透析,每周透析3次,每次4h已成為公認(rèn)的常規(guī)血液透析(conventional he-modialysis,CHD)方法,這種透析方法方便、經(jīng)濟,是我國目前應(yīng)用最廣泛的常規(guī)血液透析的透析模式。但是,因為每隔1~2d進行一次透析,患者體液容量、生化參數(shù)及內(nèi)環(huán)境波動幅度較大,并不符合人體生理學(xué)特點。為了進一步改善透析患者臨床療效、降低并發(fā)癥、減少死亡率,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者通過改變透析頻率、透析治療時間,調(diào)整透析處方來
[Abstract]:At present, the prevalence of chronic kidney disease (chronic kidney disease,CKD) continues to increase, while the number of patients with end-stage kidney disease (end stagerenal disease,ESRD) continues to increase. The most commonly used renal replacement is hemodialysis, which is three times a week. The conventional hemodialysis (conventional he-modialysis,CHD) method, which is widely used in China at present, has become a convenient and economical method for hemodialysis (conventional he-modialysis,CHD) for 4 hours at a time. However, the body fluid volume, biochemical parameters and internal environment of the patients fluctuated greatly because they were dialyzed every 1 ~ 2 days, which did not accord with the physiological characteristics of human body.
