彩色多普勒超聲診斷高血壓患者副腎動(dòng)脈的價(jià)值

【摘要】:目的評(píng)價(jià)彩色多普勒超聲對(duì)高血壓患者副腎動(dòng)脈的診斷價(jià)值。方法比較無變異側(cè)腎動(dòng)脈(RA)、變異側(cè)主腎動(dòng)脈(MRA)及副腎動(dòng)脈(ARA)三者之間收縮期峰值流速與管徑的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 110例副腎動(dòng)脈患者中,副腎動(dòng)脈共118條,位于右側(cè)70條,左側(cè)48條,102例為單側(cè)副腎動(dòng)脈,8例為雙側(cè)副腎動(dòng)脈。無變異側(cè)RA收縮期峰值流速(104.86±24.08)cm/s,管徑(0.51±0.07)cm;變異側(cè)MRA收縮期峰值流速(104.86±34.24)cm/s,管徑(0.39±0.07)cm;變異側(cè)ARA收縮期峰值流速(106.72±33.10)cm/s,管徑(0.29±0.07)cm。兩兩比較,無變異側(cè)RA和變異側(cè)MRA管徑間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;收縮期峰值流速間無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。變異側(cè)MRA和變異側(cè)ARA管徑間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;流速對(duì)比無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。無變異側(cè)RA和變異側(cè)ARA管徑間比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;流速間比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)論副腎動(dòng)脈是腎臟動(dòng)脈供血的變異,彩色多普勒超聲是一種簡便、經(jīng)濟(jì)的影像學(xué)檢查方法,可作為副腎動(dòng)脈的首選篩查方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in accessory renal artery in patients with hypertension. Methods to compare the relationship between peak systolic velocity and diameter of (MRA) and accessory renal artery (ARA) in (RA), of unmutated renal artery. Results in 110 patients with accessory renal artery, there were 118 accessory renal arteries, 70 of them were located on the right side, and 102 were unilateral accessory renal arteries in 102 cases, 8 were bilateral accessory renal arteries. Peak systolic velocity of RA in non-variant side (104.86 鹵24.08) cm/s, diameter (0.51 鹵0.07) cm; variant side MRA peak systolic velocity (104.86 鹵34.24) cm/s, diameter (0.39 鹵0.07) cm; variant side ARA peak systolic velocity (106.72 鹵33.10) cm/s, diameter (0.29 鹵0.07) cm. There was statistical difference between the diameter of RA and MRA in the non-variant side, and no significant difference between the peak systolic velocities in the two sides. There was statistical difference between the diameter of MRA and ARA in the variant side, but there was no statistical difference in velocity contrast. There was statistical difference between the diameter of RA and ARA in no variation side, but no significant difference between velocity and velocity. Conclusion accessory renal artery is a variation of renal artery supply. Color Doppler ultrasound is a simple and economical imaging method and can be used as the first choice for screening accessory renal artery.
