【摘要】：正腦癱、腦卒中、腦外傷后手功能障礙是一種難治性后遺癥,尤其是精細功能的恢復十分困難。本次學習班匯集了手外科、康復科、神經科學等各領域的專家,將介紹華山醫(yī)院手外科"健側頸7神經移位術治療中樞性偏癱"的經驗,講授臨床綜合治療新技術并現(xiàn)場示教手術操作,以及肉毒素注射、作業(yè)治療和物理治療等康復技術。學習班授予國家繼續(xù)教育一類學分(2017-04-06-004)10分。時間:2017年11月30日(周四)-2017年12月2日(周六)。
[Abstract]:Hand dysfunction after positive cerebral palsy, stroke and brain injury is a refractory sequelae, especially the recovery of fine function is very difficult. The workshop brings together experts in the fields of hand surgery, rehabilitation, neuroscience and so on. It will introduce the experience of "healthy cervical 7 nerve transposition in the treatment of central hemiplegia" in the hand surgery of Huashan Hospital. Teach new techniques of clinical comprehensive therapy and on-site teaching of surgical procedures, as well as botulinum toxin injection, occupational therapy and physical therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques.
