【摘要】：總結(jié)1例噬血細(xì)胞綜合征患者行單倍體造血干細(xì)胞移植術(shù)并發(fā)皮膚損害的護(hù)理經(jīng)驗。在造血干細(xì)胞移植后,免疫功能尚未重建、粒細(xì)胞缺乏階段,相繼出現(xiàn)肘關(guān)節(jié)皮膚、肛周皮膚、雙側(cè)腋下皮膚破潰,波及到肩胛部,占全身體表面積的13%。針對患者皮膚破潰的部位與皮膚破潰的情況,采用抗感染與促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面愈合相結(jié)合的方法,選用不同的敷料進(jìn)行護(hù)理,取得了良好的效果,皮膚破潰處愈合,患者轉(zhuǎn)至普通病房。
[Abstract]:A case of hemophagocytic syndrome with haploid hematopoietic stem cell transplantation complicated with skin injury nursing experience was summarized. After hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, the immune function has not been rebuilt, granulocyte deficiency stage, the elbow joint skin, perianal skin, bilateral axillary skin burst, spread to the scapula, accounting for 13 parts of the body surface area. According to the position of skin rupture and the situation of skin breakage, the method of anti-infection and promoting wound healing was adopted, and different dressing was used to nurse the patients. Good results were obtained. The skin break healed and the patients transferred to the general ward.
