【摘要】：目的比較機采血小板不同回輸方式對機采血小板獻血者采集前后血常規(guī)指標(biāo)變化是否有明顯差異。方法 Trima分離機采集單份血小板(10 U),血漿回輸?shù)?1名獻血者作為觀察組;正�；剌�?shù)?1名機采獻血者作為對照組。對獻血者采集前(15~60)min采集后(10 min)的血常規(guī)WBC、RBC、Hb、Hct、Plt、MCV、MCH、MCHC指標(biāo)變化值進行比較分析。結(jié)果兩種不同回輸方式對獻血者采集前后的WBC、RBC、Hb、Hct、Plt變化值有顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論血漿回輸方式能減少獻血者血細(xì)胞的損失,可推薦血站日常應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the changes of blood routine before and after platelet collection with different transfusion methods. Methods single platelet (10 U), plasma transfusion) was collected from 41 donors in Trima separator as observation group and 41 normal donors as control group. The changes of blood routine WBC,RBC,Hb,Hct,Plt,MCV,MCH,MCHC before (15 ~ 60) min collection (10 min) were compared and analyzed. Results there was significant difference between the two ways of blood transfusion in the changes of WBC,RBC,Hb,Hct,Plt before and after blood collection (P 0.05). Conclusion Plasma transfusion can reduce the loss of blood cells in blood donors and can be recommended for daily use in blood stations.
