【摘要】：目的:探討一體化正壓留置針與普通肝素帽留置針的單次封管時間及封管難度。方法:將我院綜合ICU收治的118例需靜脈留置輸液針患者隨機分為觀察組與對照組各59例,對照組采用普通肝素帽留置針輸液治療,觀察組采用一體化正壓留置針輸液治療,選擇3年以上留置針正壓封管經(jīng)驗的3名護士評價正壓封管時間,選擇入院工作1年內(nèi)且未操作過正壓封管的5名護士評價封管難度。結(jié)果:觀察組單次封管時間(3.9±1.3)min,對照組單次封管時間(2.1±1.1)min,兩組比較有顯著性差異(P0.01);觀察組封管難度評價顯著優(yōu)于對照組(P0.01)。結(jié)論:一體化正壓留置針的單次封管時間顯著低于普通肝素帽留置針的封管時間,且封管難度較低,適合臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the time and difficulty of single sealing of barotropic indwelling needle and common heparin cap indwelling needle. Methods: a total of 118 patients with intravenous indwelling infusion needle were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 59) and the control group (n = 59). The control group was treated with conventional heparin cap indwelling needle, and the observation group was treated with integrated positive pressure indwelling needle infusion. Three nurses who had more than 3 years experience of positive pressure sealing with indwelling needle were selected to evaluate the time of positive pressure sealing, and 5 nurses who had not operated positive pressure sealing within one year of admission to hospital were selected to evaluate the difficulty of sealing. Results: the time of single seal in the observation group was (3.9 鹵1.3) min, in the control group and (2.1 鹵1.1) min, in the control group (P0.01), and the evaluation of the difficulty in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P0.01). Conclusion: the time of single tube sealing of integrated positive pressure indwelling needle is significantly lower than that of common heparin cap indwelling needle, and the difficulty of sealing tube is lower, which is suitable for clinical application.
