【摘要】：目的探討靜脈留置針負(fù)壓穿刺法在急診血液病患者輸血中的應(yīng)用效果。方法將120例急診輸血的血液病患者按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為常規(guī)組和負(fù)壓組各60例。常規(guī)組采用0.9%氯化鈉注射液連接輸血器,以靜脈留置針進(jìn)行常規(guī)靜脈穿刺;負(fù)壓組靜脈留置針連接一次性使用采血針接頭及真空采血管,帶負(fù)壓進(jìn)行靜脈穿刺。結(jié)果兩組一次性穿刺成功率、一次性回血率及穿刺回血時(shí)間比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.01)。結(jié)論靜脈留置針負(fù)壓穿刺法穿刺穩(wěn)定,回血自然、快速,操作者可盡快做出有效判斷,避免反復(fù)穿刺損傷血管,從而提高穿刺成功率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of negative pressure puncture with venous indwelling needle on blood transfusion in emergency patients with hematologic diseases. Methods 120 patients with hematologic diseases undergoing emergency transfusion were randomly divided into two groups: the routine group (n = 60) and the negative pressure group (n = 60). In the routine group, 0.9% sodium chloride injection was used to connect the blood transfusion device, and the venous indwelling needle was used for routine venipuncture, while in the negative pressure group the venous indwelling needle was connected with the blood needle joint and the vacuum blood vessel at one time, and the venous puncture was carried out with negative pressure. Results there were significant differences between the two groups in the success rate of one-time puncture, the rate of one-time blood return and the time of puncture (P 0. 01). Conclusion the puncture of venous indwelling needle with negative pressure puncture is stable, natural and rapid, and the operator can make effective judgment as soon as possible, avoid repeated puncture injury of blood vessel, and improve the success rate of puncture.
