兩種檢測模式對(duì)核酸檢測試劑有效利用率的影響

【摘要】:目的比較兩種血液檢測模式下核酸檢測試劑有效利用率。方法統(tǒng)計(jì)本實(shí)驗(yàn)室2013年度執(zhí)行與血液批放行設(shè)置對(duì)應(yīng)的檢測批于48 h內(nèi)完成檢測(模式1)和2015年度執(zhí)行血液隔離放行"循環(huán)滿架"72 h內(nèi)完成檢測(模式2)兩個(gè)階段的核酸試劑使用情況,比較兩種模式下核酸試劑有效利用率。結(jié)果模式2試劑總有效利用率為87.70%,顯著高于模式1的81.72%(χ~2=34.734,P0.05);模式2的混檢陽性拆分單檢試劑有效利用率為78.06%,高于模式1的70.86%(χ2=66.635,P0.05)。結(jié)論模式2的核酸試劑有效利用率較高,混檢后陽性拆分是影響試劑有效利用率的主要原因,模式2適用于本站血液檢測批放行。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effective utilization rate of nucleic acid detection reagents in two blood detection models. Methods the two stages of the test batch in our laboratory in 2013 were completed within 48 hours (mode 1) and completed within 72 hours (mode 2) when the blood isolation release was carried out within 72 hours. The use of nucleic acid reagents, The effective utilization rate of nucleic acid reagent was compared between the two models. Results the total effective utilization rate of reagents in mode 2 was 87.70%, which was significantly higher than that in mode 1 (81.72%) (蠂 2 34,734 P 0.05), and the effective utilization rate of single reagent for mixed positive resolution in mode 2 was 78.06%, which was higher than that in mode 1 (70.86%) (蠂 2 + 66.635 P 0.05). Conclusion the effective utilization rate of nucleic acid reagent in mode 2 is high, the positive resolution after mixed examination is the main reason that affects the effective utilization rate of the reagent, and mode 2 is suitable for blood test batch release.
