【摘要】：目的調(diào)查甲狀腺癌術(shù)后患者病恥感現(xiàn)狀,探討其病恥感與生命質(zhì)量的相關(guān)性。方法采用一般資料調(diào)查表、社會影響量表和癌癥患者生命質(zhì)量測定量表對153例甲狀腺癌術(shù)后患者進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果 153例甲狀腺癌術(shù)后患者的社會影響量表得分為18~59分,M(P_(25),P_(75))為38(36,42);甲狀腺癌術(shù)后患者社會影響量表總分與癌癥患者生命質(zhì)量測定量表標(biāo)化總分不相關(guān)(P0.05),但與5個功能領(lǐng)域、總體健康狀況、2個癥狀以及4個單一條目的得分相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論甲狀腺癌術(shù)后患者的病恥感處于中度水平,病恥感與生命質(zhì)量存在一定的相關(guān)性。醫(yī)護(hù)人員和社會團(tuán)體應(yīng)關(guān)注甲狀腺癌術(shù)后患者的病恥感,開展降低病恥感的干預(yù)研究,為進(jìn)一步提升患者生命質(zhì)量提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of stigma in postoperative patients with thyroid carcinoma and to explore the correlation between stigma and quality of life (QOL). Methods 153 postoperative thyroid cancer patients were investigated by general information questionnaire, social impact scale and quality of life scale. Results the social impact scale scores of 153 postoperative patients with thyroid cancer were 18 ~ 59 scores (P _ (25) P _ (75) 38 (36 / 42), the total score of social impact scale was not correlated with the total score of quality of life of cancer patients (P0.05), but it was related to five functional areas. The overall health status, 2 symptoms and 4 single items were correlated (P0.05). Conclusion the stigma of thyroid cancer patients after operation is at the moderate level, and there is a certain correlation between the disease stigma and quality of life. Doctors and nurses and social organizations should pay attention to the stigma of thyroid cancer patients after operation and carry out intervention research to reduce the stigma of thyroid cancer so as to provide scientific basis for further improving the quality of life of patients.
