【摘要】：目的:探討品管圈質(zhì)量改進方法對于降低深靜脈導(dǎo)管患者感染率,提升患者生活質(zhì)量的效果。方法:選擇我院2016年1~6月住院的深靜脈導(dǎo)管患者250例作為觀察組,實行品管圈管理模式;選擇我院2015年6~12月的住院患者250例作為對照組,未實行品管圈管理模式。比較兩組患者導(dǎo)管相關(guān)性感染發(fā)生率和患者住院期間的生存質(zhì)量評分。結(jié)果:觀察組的深靜脈導(dǎo)管相關(guān)性感染發(fā)生率低于對照組(P0.05),觀察組患者的生存質(zhì)量各個因子評分及生存質(zhì)量總分高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:品管圈質(zhì)量改進工具的正確實施可有效減少患者的感染率,并且提高了患者的生活質(zhì)量以及護理工作的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of quality improvement of quality control ring on reducing the infection rate and improving the quality of life of patients with deep venous catheter. Methods: 250 patients with deep venous catheter in our hospital from January to June 2016 were selected as observation group and 250 patients in our hospital from June to December 2015 as control group. The incidence of catheter-related infection and the quality of life score during hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results: the incidence of deep venous catheter related infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05). The scores of all factors and the total score of the quality of life of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: the correct implementation of quality control circle quality improvement tools can effectively reduce the infection rate of patients and improve the quality of life and nursing care of patients.
