【摘要】：研究目的對(duì)兒科通用護(hù)理敏感性質(zhì)量指標(biāo)進(jìn)行初步研究,擬構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)、敏感的指標(biāo)體系,為兒科護(hù)理管理者提供參考及依據(jù)。研究方法本研究通過文獻(xiàn)回顧及專家焦點(diǎn)團(tuán)體訪談法,針對(duì)指標(biāo)的科學(xué)性、合理性、完整性、可操作性、表達(dá)方式以及指標(biāo)的歸類等進(jìn)行調(diào)整,制度初擬指標(biāo),再由55名兒科護(hù)理學(xué)專家運(yùn)用兩輪德爾菲專家咨詢法確定最終指標(biāo)。運(yùn)用SPSS21.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理;采用層次分析法,確定指標(biāo)體系的權(quán)重。研究結(jié)果經(jīng)過兩輪德爾菲專家咨詢法后最終確定的符合同意率≥75%、重要性賦值均數(shù)3.5及變異系數(shù)0.25條件的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)包括5項(xiàng)結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo),17項(xiàng)過程指標(biāo),18項(xiàng)結(jié)果指標(biāo)。數(shù)據(jù)分析顯示,專家積極系數(shù)分別為88.71%及100%,權(quán)威系數(shù)為0.7795和0.7982;第二輪函詢指標(biāo)同意率在81.82%—100%之間,賦值均數(shù)在4.1455—4.8545之間,變異系數(shù)在0.0733—0.1823之間,結(jié)果說明專家認(rèn)為各指標(biāo)均重要且意見比較一致;兩輪函詢Kendall協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)的結(jié)果顯示專家意見協(xié)調(diào)性良好;應(yīng)用層次分析法軟件,確定了各級(jí)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重值并進(jìn)行排序。結(jié)論本研究根據(jù)相關(guān)文件、制度,結(jié)合大量國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)、臨床指南等的基礎(chǔ)上,以Donabedian結(jié)構(gòu)—過程—結(jié)果模型為理論支持,應(yīng)用德爾菲法和層次分析法,經(jīng)過兩輪專家問卷調(diào)查,初步形成了兒科護(hù)理敏感性質(zhì)量指標(biāo)的體系。包括結(jié)構(gòu)、過程、結(jié)果3個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo),40個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo),其中一級(jí)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重從高到低依次為:結(jié)果指標(biāo)(0.4934)、過程指標(biāo)(0.3108)、結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)(0.1958)。根據(jù)專家咨詢的積極系數(shù)、變異系數(shù)、權(quán)威系數(shù)等結(jié)果證明專家咨詢代表性和可信度高。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the general nursing sensitivity quality index of pediatrics, and to construct a systematic, scientific and sensitive index system to provide reference and basis for pediatric nursing administrators. Methods through literature review and expert focus group interview, this study adjusts the scientific, reasonable, integrality, maneuverability, expression and classification of the index, and draws up the index at the beginning of the system. Then 55 pediatric nursing experts used two rounds of Delphi expert consultation method to determine the final indicators. The SPSS21.0 statistical software is used to process the data and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the weight of the index system.
