【摘要】：目的找出住院跌倒患者數(shù)據(jù)中有價(jià)值的關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則,為制訂院內(nèi)跌倒預(yù)防措施提供參考。方法基于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的原理和方法,采集浙江省某三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院2011年—2016年上報(bào)的239例跌倒患者的7 170項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù),采用Apriori算法進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,再使用卡方檢驗(yàn)分別對(duì)得到的關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則進(jìn)行有效性評(píng)定。結(jié)果通過條件設(shè)定,得出245條關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則,再經(jīng)卡方檢驗(yàn)篩選出94條規(guī)則,最后結(jié)合專業(yè)知識(shí)分析獲取強(qiáng)關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則18條。包括年齡≥65歲、夜間發(fā)生、有高血壓史、日常生活活動(dòng)能力三級(jí)或四級(jí)、有糖尿病史、步態(tài)不穩(wěn)、跌倒前活動(dòng)內(nèi)容與排泄相關(guān)、跌倒風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知不足等。結(jié)論護(hù)理人員應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)夜間時(shí)段的防范、預(yù)防再次跌倒的發(fā)生、重視排泄相關(guān)性跌倒的管理、提高老年患者對(duì)跌倒防范的認(rèn)知水平和關(guān)注多個(gè)疾病診斷的患者。
[Abstract]:Objective to find out the valuable association rules in the data of inpatients with falls, and to provide reference for the prevention of falls in hospital. Methods based on the principle and method of data mining, we collected 7 170 items of data of 239 patients who fell from 2011 to 2016 in a Grade 3A hospital in Zhejiang province, and used Apriori algorithm to mine the data. The validity of the resulting association rules is evaluated by chi-square test. Results 245 association rules were obtained by conditional setting, 94 rules were screened by chi-square test, and 18 strong association rules were obtained by combining professional knowledge analysis.
