【摘要】：目的了解腦卒中患者康復(fù)期間的促進(jìn)因素,為腦卒中患者的護(hù)理干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。方法對(duì)8例腦卒中患者進(jìn)行訪談,分析訪談資料。結(jié)果經(jīng)過對(duì)訪談內(nèi)容的剖析和歸類,提煉出5個(gè)主題。即:切實(shí)的康復(fù)目標(biāo),有效的康復(fù)訓(xùn)練行為,克服放棄行為和不良情緒,合適的支持系統(tǒng),適當(dāng)?shù)淖晕艺{(diào)整。結(jié)論腦卒中患者康復(fù)的促進(jìn)因素是朝著切實(shí)的康復(fù)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行有效的康復(fù)訓(xùn)練,在此過程中,需要借助合適的社會(huì)支持和患者的自我調(diào)整,克服放棄行為和不良情緒,在康復(fù)過程中這些因素形成一種促進(jìn)康復(fù)的力量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the promoting factors of stroke patients during rehabilitation, and to provide basis for nursing intervention of stroke patients. Methods 8 patients with stroke were interviewed and analyzed. Results through the analysis and classification of the interview content, five themes were extracted. Namely: practical rehabilitation goal, effective rehabilitation training behavior, overcoming giving up behavior and bad emotion, appropriate support system, proper self adjustment. Conclusion the effective rehabilitation training should be carried out towards the practical rehabilitation goal for stroke patients. In the process, appropriate social support and self-adjustment are needed to overcome the behaviors and bad emotions of the patients. These factors form a force for rehabilitation during rehabilitation.
