【摘要】：目的探討社區(qū)老人長期照護(hù)需求滿足的現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素。方法便利選取南京市鼓樓區(qū)198名老人,采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的一般資料問卷、簡版老人抑郁量表(GDS-15)及社區(qū)老人需求滿足量表進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。結(jié)果老人至少有1項(xiàng)日常生活活動能力(ADL)或工具性ADL(IADL)需求沒有得到滿足的發(fā)生率為44.4%,其中ADL需求未滿足的發(fā)生率為3.54%~15.66%,IADL需求未滿足的發(fā)生率為9.24%~15.15%,在控制其他變量的情況下,年齡、經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況及自評健康狀況對需求滿足有顯著影響。結(jié)論日常生活中所得到幫助不足老人比例較高,可能帶來看急診及跌倒發(fā)生的概率增高,可采取措施調(diào)動老人內(nèi)在的健康潛能,增加居民收入和建立護(hù)理保障制度等,提高老人需求滿足度,減少不良后果。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the status quo and influencing factors of long-term care needs of the elderly in community. Methods 198 elderly people in Gulou District of Nanjing City were selected conveniently. The self-designed general data questionnaire, GDS-15 and community elderly demand satisfaction scale were used to investigate and analyze them. Results the incidence of at least one activity of daily living (ADL) or instrumental ADL (IADL) needs of the elderly was 44.40.Among them, the rate of unmet ADL demand was 3.54 and the unmet demand of IADL was 9.240.15.15. under the control of other variables, the age, and age. Economic status and self-rated health status have a significant impact on demand satisfaction. Conclusion the proportion of the elderly with insufficient assistance in daily life is higher, which may lead to an increase in the probability of emergency treatment and falls. Measures can be taken to mobilize the health potential of the elderly, to increase the income of the residents and to establish a nursing and security system. Improve the needs of the elderly to meet the need to reduce adverse consequences.
