【摘要】：目的研究美寶濕潤燒傷膏(MEBO)油紗在尋常型天皰瘡創(chuàng)面護(hù)理中的效果。方法將40例尋常型天皰瘡患者分成觀察組和對照組,每組20例,觀察組的創(chuàng)面使用MEBO油紗外敷,對照組給予紅外線持續(xù)照射,觀察兩組患者14 d創(chuàng)面愈合有效率。結(jié)果觀察組患者14 d創(chuàng)面愈合有效率為82.62%,對照組患者14 d創(chuàng)面愈合有效率56.71%,觀察組創(chuàng)面愈合有效率優(yōu)于對照組(醊2=37.20,P0.01);觀察組平均住院時(shí)間(23.3±8.9)d少于對照組(33.9±13.6)d,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論 MEBO油紗外敷可以縮短尋常型天皰瘡患者創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間,提高創(chuàng)面愈合有效率,縮短平均住院時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of MEBO gauze on wound nursing of pemphigus vulgaris. Methods 40 patients with pemphigus vulgaris were divided into observation group and control group with 20 cases in each group. The wounds in the observation group were treated with MEBO gauze external application, and the control group was continuously irradiated with infrared ray. The effective rate of wound healing in the two groups was observed for 14 days. Results the effective rate of wound healing was 82.62 in the observation group and 56.71 in the control group. The effective rate of wound healing in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P 0.01), and the average hospitalization time in the observation group was (23.3 鹵8.9) days less than that in the control group (33.9 鹵13.6 days) (P0.01). Conclusion external application of MEBO gauze can shorten wound healing time of pemphigus vulgaris patients, improve the effective rate of wound healing, and shorten the average hospitalization time of patients with pemphigus vulgaris.
