【摘要】：本研究將88例接受化療的腫瘤患者根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表分為兩組,其中,對(duì)照組予以常規(guī)護(hù)理,觀察組予以護(hù)理干預(yù)。對(duì)比兩組干預(yù)后的消化道毒性反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況、癥狀積分、生活質(zhì)量及護(hù)理滿意度之后,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩組在消化道毒性反應(yīng)的發(fā)生情況及癥狀積分方面有差異,觀察組的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)病率及癥狀積分低于對(duì)照組(p0.05)。兩組干預(yù)后的SCL-90量表在軀體化、抑郁、恐懼、敵對(duì)和焦慮等5個(gè)方面的得分均有差異,觀察組低于對(duì)照組(p0.05)。觀察組滿意度為90.91%,對(duì)照組滿意度為75.00%,兩組在對(duì)護(hù)理工作的滿意度方面有差異,觀察組高于對(duì)照組(p0.05)。
[Abstract]:In this study 88 cancer patients received chemotherapy were divided into two groups according to random number table. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given nursing intervention. After comparing the incidence of gastrointestinal toxicity, symptom score, quality of life and nursing satisfaction between the two groups, it was found that there were differences in the occurrence and symptom score of digestive tract toxicity between the two groups. The incidence and symptom score of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (p 0.05). The scores of SCL-90 in somatization, depression, fear, hostility and anxiety were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (p0.05). The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 90.91 and that of the control group was 75.00. There was a difference between the two groups in the satisfaction of nursing work, which was higher in the observation group than in the control group (p0.05).
